You need to fill out the Register of Requirements in order for Conformio to create the List of legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements - this List is a mandatory document.

Typically, this List and Register will include the following elements:
- The interested party that has specified this requirement
- Name of the document that specifies the requirement
- Summary of the security requirement
- The person responsible for compliance
- Deadline until when the company needs to be compliant

Examples:
Security requirements of third parties could include:
- Legal requirements - e.g., a privacy act in some country - the interested party is the government.
- Regulatory requirements - e.g., a security regulation applicable to the telecom industry - the interested party is the government agency that has published the regulation.
- Contractual requirements - e.g., a customer requires a certain frequency of the backup to be used - the interested party is this customer.
