The key requirements of ISO 9001:2015 include addressing seven key areas or clauses: Context of the organization, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation, Performance evaluation, and Improvement. Additionally, there is more expected commitment from top management regarding the Quality Management System (QMS), and it is no longer mandatory to have a management representative or a quality manual.
