What are the key requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and how do they differ from the previous version?

ISO 9001:2015 introduced the risk-based approach and is much less dependent on documentation requirements. Some key differences from the previous version include the requirement for determining the context of the organization, addressing risks and opportunities, the introduction of clauses about the context and interested parties, more commitment with the Quality Management System (QMS) and leadership expected from top management, and the elimination of mandatory procedures, a management representative, and a quality manual.
